Unlike many other copper kettles currently available in the market, our copper kettle will not need to have any lacquer removed before its first use. Like all our standard-size kettles, our copper classic teakettle boasts a functional capacity of 1.8 quarts. Chantal copper teakettles are perfect for all stove tops, INCLUDING magnetic induction. Product Note: Just like a shiny new penny the copper finish on this kettle will naturally darken with time and use. Many people love the patina, but if you wish to restore a shinier finish try our simple homemade cleaning recipe: Dissolve 1 Tablespoon of salt in 1/4 cup of vinegar. Use a soft paper towel to apply the solution to a small area of the kettle and rinse quickly under running water. Continue until entire kettle is shiny. Pat dry with a soft paper towel.

To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order early in the day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to six (6) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses. Taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Thus, the offer cannot be applied to such items. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.

Parcel Post option is best for most replacement parts and is charged at a flat rate of $ 3.50 for single small parts. Each additional part will add $ .50 - up to 2 lbs.

Credits for returns will be issued to the original source of payment.

Merchandise returned for refund must be new as purchased, in unused condition in the original sales box, shipped in the corrugated cardboard shipping box.
Please pack well. Items and sales box must be received back at Chantal in undamaged new condition. Return authorization number should be written on the outside box, and on any identifying paperwork inside the box.
20% restocking fee on all returns.
