Stainless Kitchen Tools & Gadgets

Uses:

  • Use your Chantal Kitchen Tools and Gadgets in the kitchen or at the table.

  • The nylon tools are heat-resistant up to 410°F / 210°C. Note: Do not leave the nylon tools lying in a heating pan or near the burners.

Cleaning:

  • Chantal's Kitchen Tools and Gadgets are dishwasher safe. Note: To remove water spots caused by the heated-dry cycle, use our Chantal Stainless Steel and Aluminum Cleaner.

  • For a spotless shine hand wash and dry.

10 Year Limited Warranty:
Chantal warrants that the replaceable parts of the Kitchen Tools and Gadgets - the pastry and BBQ brush and the cheese slicer wires have no defects in material or manufacture that will render them unserviceable during the one-year period beginning on the date of purchase by the first user.
Chantal warrants that the permanent parts of your Kitchen Tools and Gadgets have no defects in material or manufacture that will render them unserviceable during the ten-year period beginning on the date of purchase by the first user.
For warranty coverage, you must present your receipt to prove date of purchase.

This warranty does NOT cover (1) ordinary wear and tear (such as scratches, dents or stains to the stainless steel surfaces that do not impair the functional utility of the product), (2) melting damage to the nylon tools due to neglect, (3) impact damage or breakage, (4) improper use of tools, excessive weight or force used with tools, heat discoloration, or resulting damage to the Kitchen Tools and Gadgets and/or other property, or (5) other misuse.
Failure to follow the accompanying Use and Care instructions or use of the Kitchen Tools and Gadgets in commercial applications will void this warranty.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THAT APPLY TO ANY PARTS OF THE KITCHEN TOOLS AND GADGETS ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIODS OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES GIVEN ABOVE FOR THOSE SAME PARTS. CHANTAL DISCLAIMS THOSE WARRANTIES THEREAFTER. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Your remedy for breach of this warranty is replacement of the Kitchen Tool or Gadget. You will be responsible for a nominal shipping and handling fee. This is the exclusive and sole remedy for any breach of warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CHANTAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Chantal Corp. reserves the right to make changes and improvements in design without making changes to previously manufactured items.
