Chantal is committed to protecting your privacy. We cherish the relationship we have with you, and will do nothing to violate your trust in us. We include this page to explain the way we handle the information that you provide us.

When you setup a gift registry, sign up on the mailing list, or order merchandise, we need to ask you for certain information so that we can fulfill your request.

Information We Gather and How We Use It

When you place an order, we need to know your name, address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and deliver your order. If we have trouble processing an order, the information will be used to contact you.

When you send a gift to another address, we need to have the name, address and phone number of that person as well, so we are able to correctly deliver your gift.

If you would like us to receive online information from us regarding special updates or sales, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address.

We will not share e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or personal information about you or your family, or specific details about your household that you may have shared with us. We do not release credit card or other information for use by any other company. All information that you send us is stored on a highly secure server that is not accessible to anyone but Chantal.

We use VeriSign technology, which means our site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt any information you send us. We are the only ones who can decode it. In this way, we protect you from unauthorized access to your private information. By using a secure server, your information is not accessible to anyone when you send it over the Internet to us.

Cookies

The only cookies we use are ones to keep your shopping cart open while you're at our site. This makes it convenient for you to shop on different pages while you're here, and not lose the items that are in your cart. When you leave our site, these cookies are destroyed and nothing remains on your computer.
