Houston, TX. - Ernst & Young announced Heida Thurlow, founding CEO of Chantal Cookware, is a finalist for the Entrepreneur of The Year® 2017 Award in Gulf Coast Area. In its 31st year, EY recognizes entrepreneurs who are excelling in areas such as innovation, fiscal performance and personal involvement with their businesses and surrounding communities.
Thurlow was honored and humbled to be announced as a finalist by a panel of independent judges. Award winners will be announced at a special gala event on June 15, 2017 at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, Texas.

This distinguished award has expanded to recognize business leaders in more than 145 cities and 60 countries around the world.
Regional award winners are eligible for the Entrepreneur of The Year National competition. Award winners in several national categories, including the Entrepreneur of The Year National Award winner, will be announced at the annual gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 18, 2017.
