It’s just the right pan for sautéing chicken breasts or fish fillets, and our naturally stick-resistant enamel requires only a touch of butter or oil for foods to turn out perfectly. This pan features a wide, flat bottom, straight sides, a long ergonomic handle and a shorter helper handle for ease in transfer and weight balance. The tempered-glass lid makes it easy to monitor cooking, and is oven safe to 375 degrees.
